The Co-Op Arena is opening in 2023 and It will be a first of its kind. The sustainable and socially responsible venue creates zero waste, extremely low emissions and will generate £1m a year for community causes. The arena will host international music, sport, charity and business events,  take your friends, family or go solo to a concert, unlimited times a year, all paid for by the company.

THE EARLY YEARS

ENHANCED PARENTAL LEAVE

New Parents

Full pay between 6 – 12 weeks for all new mothers or primary parents (depending on the length of service).

 Full pay between 2 – 6 weeks for all fathers or secondary parents (depending on the length of service). This applies to both surrogacy and adoption leave. 6 weeks full pay for either parent for miscarriages on or after the 24th week.

Post-Maternity

A window of 4 weeks post-maternity leave where either parent has the option to work 75% of the time and have this topped up to full pay by the Company.  

The option for either parent to reduce their hours to 80% (and receive the corresponding pro-rated pay) for up to 12 months upon return to work post parental leave, depending on the level of support requested by the employee.

 

IVF & More

Paid time off for up to 6 days per year for those receiving IVF treatment and 2 days for partners of those undergoing IVF. Tootsa gift package for all newborns.

A day off on the first day of nursery and the first day of primary school (for either parent).

Company-paid membership for The National Childbirth Trust for 18 months, for either parent.

Saving for the future is essential, and we actively encourage you to. Our standard pension contribution is enough to get you started, but let us know if we can help you put more away each month.

CYCLE REPAIRS
